Baahubali 2 is creating box office records not just in India, but also in world circles like USA and UK. The film, directed by S.S.Rajamouli, released on 28th April, opening up to positive word of mouth from critics and audience.
World renowned news company, ‘The Wall Street Journal,’ recently published an analysis report of Baahubali 2, which showcases the records made by the film. Baahubali 2, stands as the third highest grosser in the USA box office, beating the collections of Hollywood biggies like Boss Baby, and Tom Hanks’ ‘The Circle.’ The film has collected $10.3 million on its opening weekend.
In terms of overall collections, The Fate of the Furious retains the first place. However, the screen count difference between FF8 and Baahubali 2 is huge. While FF8 was screened in 4077 screens with an average of $4890 per screen, Baahubali 2 has collected an average of $24,364 per screen in just 425 screens. The screen count of FF8 is nearly ten times more than Baahubali 2, yet the Rajamouli directorial has managed to make more profits.
